Reno Bathroom Remodel was founded in Reno, Nevada over a decade ago when the demand for home remodeling by homeowners in the area sharply increased suddenly. Our contractors work on bathrooms exclusively, no other area of the house, in order to give that particular space our undivided attention like no other Professional Bathroom Contractors in Reno can.
To this day, Reno Bathroom Remodel is still a family run business. Several years ago, a small group of our original contractors began to notice that so many people were beginning to try and renovate their bathrooms in their homes themselves. We saw initially that the main area that these homeowners would try remodel on their own was their showers.
We know as professionals that usually this is not a good idea, because a seasoned professional will take the time to do the tedious tasks that are needed when properly remodeling something such as a bathroom shower. We found out way back then that most do-it-yourselfers simply tried to dress things up, much like many folks still do today. But, when it comes to bathroom showers, many times it is what’s underneath the covering shower pan that matters the most, and what’s causing the most ongoing problems.
This was one of the gigs that we began to take on in the beginning, simply doing shower renovations. Then, customers eventually started asking if we could do other parts of the bathroom in addition to the showers, and the thing we got the second most requests for was the renovation of bathroom vanity areas.
The installation of these bathroom cabinets, bathroom sinks, etc was not hard for us being seasoned contractors, but eventually we felt that something was missing in our everyday operations. One of the things we’d always done was make customer satisfaction our top priority, so we decided that if we were going to stand out among other bathroom contractors in Reno, NV, we had to step that area of our business up a notch!
We noticed that most people already have the basic design for their bathroom that they want in mind, but simply don’t have the details planned yet. And, many homeowners told us stories about how other contractors had horrible hospitality and customer service, so that’s where we decided we’d shine.
